The Analytics Forum is targeted at identifying the key problems or questions the organization needs to address, typically over the next 12 to 18 months that can benefit from better use of data, insights and advanced analytics.
Conducted over a three- to four-day period, our approach includes both group meetings/workshops and four to six individual interviews with key managers and/ or stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize key problems or questions to be addressed.
The work includes identifying key strategic and operating objectives, metrics of success and the data available and needed to perform the analytics required to address the problems and questions.
The output includes a high-level road map of actions, recommended changes and investments in data, tools and people.
