Data Diagnostic Workshop
Our Data Diagnostic Workshops help organizations understand the key data they have and need, the quality and accessibility of that data, and how the organization could better manage their key data assets.
Conducted over a two- to four-day period, the process includes working with key business and information management representatives to identify and document the current key data acquisition, storage and information access architecture. We review the current architecture in the context of domain-specific best practices (public agency, non-profit, services, etc.)
The output of the workshop includes a high-level recommended approach and road map for curating and positioning key data assets for use across and outside the organization.
The workshop often is conducted in parallel with, or prior to, the Analytics Forum.
Lake Erie Researchers, Sensor Tech Companies, and Environmental Engineers convene around the opportunity to create a paradigm of Lake Erie management that not only offers a potential solution to managing nutrients and HABs, but opens the door to the first holistically monitored Smart Lake.
