Course Description:

Introduce your people to essential design thinking techniques, mindsets and behaviors in a hands-on format. This 90 minute workshop highlights how to bring creative habits like deep user empathy, radical collaboration and rapid experimentation to one’s work every day.

More about the Instructor:

 

Ellen has had a diverse career involving many facets of talent and organizational development. Prior to starting Canterbury Coaching and Consulting, her professional portfolio included working for an employee assistance program, creating and managing leadership training programs and conducting employee assessments for a northeast Ohio community college. Most recently, Ellen served as the manager of the Leadership Development Center at Lorain County Community College.

Ellen is a skilled facilitator with over 30 years of experience in talent and organizational development and in working with people as a trainer, mentor, seminar leader and coach.

Ellen is passionate about facilitating innovation learning experiences. She has loves bringing the power of the ‘learn by doing’ approach incorporated in ExperienceInnovation to her clients. She’s helped clients apply design thinking to such varied projects as improving profit margins in a manufacturing organization, designing a better more successful levy marketing effort for a community college and redesigning an intake process for a non-profit needs better and thus streamline customer contact and marketing She’s seen first hand the transforming nature of applying Design Thinking tools and approach to real world problems.

**There is a minimum of 12 participants to run the course. If we do not have 12 participants we will not be running this course. You will be notified in advance.
