Joe Glick leads Strategy, Design and Transformation efforts serving Deutsche Bank’s Operations, Technology and Infrastructure organizations.
His most recent roles have included strategy and transformation efforts in Global Markets, Global Transaction Banking, the Chief Technology Office, Operating Model Design and Vendor Strategy/Vendor Risk Management, as well as a two-year assignment as the Global Head of Location Blueprint where he designed and implemented a bank-wide near- and off-shore location model across a footprint of more than 20 countries. Prior to this, Joe was Chief Operating Officer for Global Logistics Services, a division of Deutsche Bank that managed the bank’s supply chain, third-party spend and non-IT infrastructure. Joe joined the bank in London, UK, in 2009 as Global Head of Strategy and Capability Building for the same division.
Previously, Joe was an engagement manager with Cleveland-based Newry Corp., a consultancy focused on driving profitable growth for consumer product and industrial goods companies. During his eight-year tenure with Newry Corp., Joe led more than 20 client engagements; developed and drove many of the firm’s growth initiatives; and served as a part-time, on-loan consultant to the William J. Clinton Foundation, supporting the start-up of the foundation’s Climate Change Initiative.
Joe holds an honors degree in economics from Case Western Reserve University and serves on the board of College Now Greater Cleveland. Joe has been published on topics including economic development and market strategy and development, and has participated in two separate ecological conservation programs in Africa.
