Keith Simpkins is the Manager of First Impressions, the first and last point of contact for our members.Working with the members to ensure a cohesive community, by maintaining the necessary operations to keep the facility running smoothly.
With 15 years of Retail Management experience, Keith is able to look at processes to make them more streamlined for the business and listen to clients to determine their needs quickly and efficiently.
[Keith holds an AAS in Information Technology and has in the past worked with single mothers and seniors in helping them understand the basics of computers and the internet. Giving them the needed information to be able to access information for their day to day lives.
